RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS


Our Return Policy in short

.Contact Klès at contact@klesofficial.co.uk before returning any item.

.Please make sure to include contact information with the return.
.Clearly mark the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any Customs charges.
.Use a tracked and insured return shipping method (the customer is responsible for the parcel until it has reached us).


Return Conditions

Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Personalised products can't be returned unless they are faulty.

The product must be in new condition and unused, with the authentic tags and original packaging. If the product is damaged or used, it shall not be refunded. 

Only items which are classified as faulty can be returned for a full refund, including delivery and return fees (but no Customs Charges).
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Sales items: sales items can’t be returned or exchanged.

How to return an item:

Please contact us before returning any item. Just e-mail us at contact@klesofficial.co.uk with a brief description of the reason for the return.

Please make sure to include your contact details in the parcel.

If possible, provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you to get a receipt and a package tracking ID from the delivery service for the return. Any package lost during return will NOT be refunded by Klès.

Klès is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges.


Want to switch to another product?

Please contact us at contact@klesofficial.co.uk telling us why you would like to exchange and which product you want instead, then return the product you have received.
The return and re-sending cost will be at the customer’s charge.
Exchange not possible if the original purchased product was personalised.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if we approve or reject of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.


Sale items: only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Gifts: if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Alternatively, the person who purchased the product for you can return the item and we’ll refund them.
